Carling Cup Final Hospitality Package
Please note that this is a hospitality package and does not include a ticket for the match. Tickets must be purchased separately for your required section of the stadium.
What does the hospitality package include:
Reserved private tables of 10 / 12 guests with smaller numbers sharing
Champagne reception
Complimentary bar serving wines, beers and soft drinks
3-course dinner with wines & water on the table
Celebrity host & compθre for the day
Celebrity speaker
Colour TV monitors
Official Souvenir match programme per guest
Daily newspapers
Floral decorations
Individual guest documentation including security passes for each guest
Experienced event management & hostesses in attendance all day
All guests will be issued with security passes which must be kept with you at
all times to gain admittance to the Wembley Plaza Hotel and the hospitality
facilities.
Our Itinerary for the Day (Provisional)...
11.00 - Facilities open coffee & biscuits available. Guests mingle with invited celebrities
11.30 - Champagne reception followed by drinks from the open bar
12.30 - Three-course luncheon
13.30 - Entertainment from the celebrity speaker
14.00 - Guests depart to Wembley Stadium
15.00 - Match kick-off
16.50 - Post-match reception
18.00 - Bar closes - Guests depart (guests may remain at the hotel and purchase drinks from the cash bar).
